The SBT stainless-steel strap tensioner is a manual tool used to apply tension to stainless steel strapping (banding) before sealing it with buckles or seals. Used for Stainless steel straps of 12mm to 19mm wide. Because of its stainless construction, it’s suited to corrosive or harsh environments (e.g. marine, chemical, food-processing, general industrial use). You simply wrap the strap around or across the load, feed the strap through a buckle, then use the tensioner to tighten the strap and ensure the load is tightly secured.
